Michael Vale

Michael Vale is a Beverly Hills/Chicago based personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach whose clients include celebrities, professional athletes and everyday people. Michael works with each client on an individual basis, focusing on achieving long term results through challenging and constantly varied workouts. He is widely recognized for his expertise in functional training and his commitment to developing and implementing innovative fitness techniques. With over 20 years in the fitness industry, Michael’s dynamic approach, boundless energy and humor only add to the effectiveness of the experience his clients enjoy.

Michael’s innovative approach and his devotion to pursuing and communicating only the most credible and effective fitness information have resulted in a lifelong commitment to excellence. His undergraduate studies were in Exercise Science at Indiana State University and he is certified through the NSCA and the IFPA. Michael has been featured in Mens Health, Fighting Fit, Muscle & Performance and other magazines.
