My name is Karen Maciel. I am a prominent amateur Long-Distance Runner from Bangalore and I am training under the guidance of Sergeant Kothandapani KC and Ian Dexter Ladbrooke. .

I specialize in the 10 km and the half marathon category with personal bests of 45:21 minutes and 01:40:21 respectfully. I train twice daily basis to keep beating these targets. I also travel throughout the country for races and have been featuring among the top 6 in my age category. I am looking to be a professional athlete and represent the Indian contingent in the near future.
